Packing and Shipping

Our shipping process is safe and eco-friendly!

Please allow 1-3 days to process orders

Each plant is wrapped and bagged in paper wrapping. They are bound at the base of the plant with a loose rubber band and placed upright in a cardboard box. The box is labeled to remain upright for the trip. Some plants may arrive moist due to its need to stay damp. 

Plants are shipped via USPS, FED EX and UPS depending on the size of the shipment.

Plants traveling to colder states will be provided with a heating pad free of cost. 

Shipping is an additional cost per order based on the plants weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

If plants arrived damaged, please feel free to contact us for a guaranteed replacement. Photos will need to be provided.
